A small 19th century Chinese, lidded, cloisonne on brass box, with a black ground and exceedingly fine overall brass wire decoration. It is 3 1/16″ tall by 3 3/16″ in diameter. The inside and bottom are in the classic blue color. It could use a cleaning, but the only issue is a tiny chip at the rim of the base, shown in the last image below.
